• Valued at approximately 12% of the original work

Original works and limited editions are distinct and not interchangeable.

Framing Advisory

Professional framing is strongly recommended to preserve the integrity of the artwork.

Virginia Marie Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper framing methods or third-party services.

Returns & Damage Policy

Original Artwork

All original works are final sale.

Limited Edition Prints

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the print is unframed and in original condition.

Shipping Damage

• Notify within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic documentation
• Retain all original packaging materials

Refunds

Refunds are issued after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damage occurring after confirmed delivery is not eligible for reimbursement.

Shipping & Insurance

All artworks are shipped fully insured during transit.

Responsibility transfers to the collector upon confirmed delivery.
